The Babson Athletics Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee established the One Team Fund to advance the department's commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment. Help us create and provide the best experience for our student-athletes of color both today and into the future.

Funds raised through the One Team Fund will continue to enhance the department's diversity efforts, including:

• Offering paid visits (transportation, meals, lodging) to prospective student-athletes of color
• Funding professional training opportunities to student-athletes, coaches and staff regarding social issues
• Supporting student-led social justice initiatives
• Enhancing travel budgets of programs to reach a more diverse pool of recruits

Your gift will directly help Babson Athletics enhance our continued commitment to be a diverse, connected and inclusive environment for our prospective students, student-athletes, coaches and staff, on and off the playing surface.
